A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposit is 30% of the price for each appointment type before taxes. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost. All deposits are non-refundable.


Please check to see if you have any of the following contraindications as it is best not to book an appointment until you consult with your doctor. If you are unsure, please feel free to send an email to
  • Allergic to Lidocaine
  • Viral infections and/or diseases
  • Epilepsy
  • Had an organ transplant
  • Blood borne conditions such as HIV or Hepatitis
  • Skin cancer
  • Pregnant or nursing
  • Diabetic
  • Accutane in the past year
  • Skin complications
    (Psoriasis, Keratosis Pilaris, Eczema, Dermatitis, Sunburn etc.)


Our time is valuable as well as yours and as a courtesy to BROW LAB, should you need to cancel, please do so a minimum of 48 hours before your allotted appointment time. If you do not inform us within 48 hours half the price of the service will be charged.


We have the right to refuse service if you are more than 15 minutes late and you will not receive your deposit back. Our schedules are quite busy and if you are more than 15 minutes late, it can have an impact on the next client’s appointment. We respect your time and we have allocated a dedicated time slot for all our clients. As a preventative measure, you can Google our address and allocate enough time for travel and account for rush hour periods and parking.


If you do not show for a scheduled appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and you will be charged half price of the service. You will be banned from any future bookings.


One complimentary touch up is included with your initial appointment. The appointment date for your complimentary touch up must be within 8 weeks from your initial appointment. If you miss booking your touch up within the 8 week period, you will forfeit your right to a complimentary 1st touch up. Any additional appointments required will be charged accordingly.


There is a rescheduling fee of $60+HST if you have to change your touch-up spot to another day.


Touch-up rates are for current clients only. If you have an existing tattoo from elsewhere, regular rates apply. Rates are subject to change at any time.


If you have an existing tattoo, it would be considered Corrective Work. It is advised to send us photos of your existing tattoo to ensure it is workable by us. Please email CLEAR photos to before booking an appointment.


Deposits can be made through our online booking system with any major credit card (Visa / MC / Amex). Remaining balances can be made with cash, debit, or any major credit cards. There is no refund on the procedure once completed.


Lash glues are susceptible to both temperature and humidity. If the glue has not fully dried, it may result in more than the average amount of lashes to fall. In this case, please contact us within 2 days and we will do our best to fix it for you immediately.

If you do not contact us within 2 days, we will not be able to offer you a complimentary fix because we will not be able to accurately assess your lashes and see if it was the after-care that caused the lashes to fall. If a client has oily skin or their lashes are exposed to oil or are not properly cleaned, the lashes may fall out faster.

The remaining amount of eyelashes can be checked by the technician and can be refilled. If you maintain your lashes well, they will stay on for a longer period of time and only a small amount of refill will be needed.
